A customer-owned evidence seam.
Serapis helps teams connect fragmented requirements, records, decisions, and software delivery without demanding a new system of record. Models can contribute useful work; bounded checks expose what can be established; named people retain authority; the accepted result keeps its basis.
Controlled demonstrations use synthetic records and have no mission effect. Live connectors, deployment boundaries, accreditation, operational authority, and mission suitability require customer authorization and trial evidence. No Department of Defense, U.S. Navy, or agency endorsement or award is implied.
The truth is spread across systems. Accountability is not.
Government teams work across documents, messages, data platforms, staff packages, command direction, and systems of record. A decision may be visible, while the evidence, rule, owner, and resulting action remain difficult to reconstruct.
Serapis does not promise to replace those systems. We connect the bounded facts needed for one recurring determination, expose what is known and unknown, route named authority, and preserve the resulting receipt.
Make compliance evidence operational.
A binder is not a living control system. Serapis is designed to help a prime or supplier organize evidence around the exact contractor information system, rule revision, owner, source, gap, and assessment boundary that matter.
CMMC & NIST evidence engineering
Map a named system to the applicable NIST SP 800-171 revision and CMMC assessment workflow; preserve evidence, owners, freshness, gaps, and change history. Certification and assessment status remain with the authorized process.
Continuous assurance & cATO inputs
Connect traceable releases, control gates, continuous evidence, risk views, and software-supply-chain artifacts for customer review. ATO and cATO remain decisions of the designated Government authorization authorities.
No new data lake premise
Observe approved source systems read-only first, keep source authority where it belongs, and add only the bounded workflow and evidence seam needed for the selected outcome.
Prove one read-only seam inside the approved data path.
The recommended first trial is deliberately narrow: one recurring determination, synthetic or customer-authorized records, no operational write-back, and acceptance criteria a government reviewer can inspect directly.
MSS / OSDK read-only application seam
Where the customer approves the path, the trial would evaluate a read-only application layer that reads bounded records through the tenant-approved MSS/OSDK surface, assembles an evidence packet, evaluates named rules as 0, 1, or UNKNOWN, routes a named human decision, and writes a trial receipt outside operational authority.
The connector, ontology mapping, identity boundary, deployment environment, and allowed data remain customer decisions. A public demo does not establish that integration.
Decisions that should retain their basis.
These are examples for discovery and controlled demonstration—not claims of deployment, suitability, or mission authority.
Assessment record
Assemble bounded observations, source confidence, contradictions, applicable criteria, analyst judgment, and approval into a defensible assessment receipt.
Funding or resource review
Compare a request against named criteria, surface missing evidence, route the qualified reviewer, and preserve why the determination was made.
Manning validation
Connect requirement, authorization, readiness, and exception facts without erasing which source or authority supported the outcome.
Command gate
Translate a higher-level direction into explicit applicability, evidence, completion, exception, and acknowledgement states.
Packet assembly
Draft a staff package from approved sources, identify unsupported assertions, and route it through named review and signature.
Signed action receipt
Preserve who ordered, accepted, completed, verified, or held an action and the exact evidence available at each authority event.
The control discipline we are proving—and the team building beside you.
Serapis is not pitching a new model or a generic workflow license. We are building toward a deterministic control and memory layer intended to let approved AI workers contribute without becoming unreviewed authority.
Serapis is a Kansas company with a veteran-led specialist team covering product, mission operations, engineering, security, data, and delivery. A bounded government engagement works directly with the responsible people.
SBA certification and contracting identifiers were verified in official public records on August 9, 2026; the applicable official record remains authoritative before award.
A demonstration is not operational authority.
Serapis will build toward the customer’s approved environment, but each increase in authority requires its own technical evidence, security review, deployment decision, and human acceptance.
Interaction and proof pattern
Synthetic records can show evidence assembly, deterministic result states, named decision routing, receipts, and leadership roll-up.
Customer data and platform fit
Actual schemas, identity, MSS/OSDK mappings, usability, rule fidelity, and measurable reduction of unknowns require approved access and trial evidence.
Production and mission effect
Accreditation, operational suitability, live write-back, deployment scope, and continuing authority are customer decisions under the applicable process.
Give us the recurring decision your team most needs to defend.
We will shape a paid, read-only selection trial around the records, rules, users, and acceptance evidence you choose.
